Select Cars deals seem to be the best available? It's my fourth car and I've been particularly impressed with the excellent service I've received from Richard Taylor. He's warm, friendly, dedicated to giving a top service.

Great service and customer care

Darren and his team said that the cars advertised on-line would be mine within at latest 2 weeks as I needed one urgently! Thankfully I saved all their communication. I now realised why he was so keen to get the sale? £300 upfront which did on my HSBC credit card( they are aware of the possible scam) thereafter having cleared the credit check Nothing Happened only excuses ie this vehicle has a fault, we have another one etc etc! The crunch came when I raised the issue with smarmy Darren to be told that my credit clearance might be at Fault? I told him I wanted my money back. Having said that the next day I was able to purchase on HP a 5 year old KA with 16000 miles at the Ford Dealers Lookers in Braintree the Next Day passing ALL relevant credit checks picking up the car 2 days later? Darren suggested at the time to make a complaint requesting a refund! Which I did. As expected no response from this company 5 months later! So will be taking this matter further to ensure a Thorough Investigation into my case as I want to know if this a typical tactic the company likes to use! Watch This Space, and to Darren I am not going to be Mis-led by anyone without consequences!

Just taken delivery of LR Discovery sport from Select. Prices were more than competitive. Cameron was great to deal with and did a proper Hand holding exercise all the way through. The client portal is great to see progress of the order and the stages the order and admin are at and keeps you in the loop along the way. Delivery from LR was delayed about 6-8 weeks which we were fortunate to have our current lease car extended til delivery. Current car collected at 9.30 am, new car dropped off at 1.30… “If Carlsberg did car leasing”… Very satisfied cusyomer
